For instance, pages 1-31 may be available in East Coast, U.S., but 1-20 & 54-70 may be available in the West coast. Why? Google books displays a different amount of pages per region.
There are certain pages that are permanently hidden (although the text may be indexed by Google). At most you'll be able to download an ~80%.
